The Master in Public Law and Multilevel Integration Processes is aone year official Universitary Master, registered in the UAB Faculty of Law with high level of contents and methodology and international professors.
The Master in Public Law and Multilevel Integration Processes is a program which allowe students to acquire the necessary competences to meet the requirements of working with modern legal systems, based on the regulatory interconnection between different systems.
In this Master, apart from the exclusive public law institutions in the global society, the relation between the legal systems from integration processes will be studied as well as, like the one which has lead to the creation of the European Union or other regional integration organizations:
- An actual Public Law, taking into account the requirements of the State of Law, the democracy and the fundamental rights.
- Insertion in the multilevel systems, based in the interconection between legal and political systems (supranational, national and regional framework)
The master is mostly using the spanish language. Some subjects require knowledge in English (level B1, MCERL)
